Spring Break is coming up soon (honestly, it can't come fast enough for me) and its always a good time to add to your workout routine. I've have found what works for me over the past year or so and I have included it below. With any workout, I believe that consistency in order to see the best results.
I try to do this workout as often as possible. If I have soccer practice, I'll sub that in for the 2 mile run. Also, the leg lifts are simply lifting your legs up and down as slow as you can.
