The Perfect School Tote

I am really tough on my backpacks for school. Like in the seventh grade, my backpack lost a strap so I continued to use it until the other strap fell off too. My high school is super techy (every student is issued a Macbook Pro) so in the eighth grade, I thought that I would only have to carry my laptop around so for graduation, I got a cute Vera Bradley tote bag.

Well, I was wrong: I do have a lot of binders and stuff to store in my bag.  Being me, my bag was starting to fall apart at the end of last year but I decided to continue to use it. It is way too small now (I had to basically do a puzzle every time I wanted to put something into my bag) and the straps were on the verge of breaking (One of my teachers actually told me that I should get a new backpack). Also, it didn't zip close so I would always risk leaving it on the field during soccer (it could get wet!). I love that bag, it was just too small and was on the verge on falling apart! Enter my new bag: the Land's End Large Tote.

When I was younger (probably fourth grade), my mom ordered my siblings and I the medium size version of this bag and it still looks perfect and new (I currently use it as my Faith Formation bag). My mom recommended that I get the larger version for my school bag and I love it! It is so big and holds everything I need! It has a clip to attach your car keys to! It zips up! Basically the perfect bag!
