My Chic Week: December 11-17

Friday, December 18, 2015

What a week! Today was my last day of school before Christmas Break begins so depending on what time y'all read this, I will be at school eagerly awaiting noon (yay for early dismissal) or it will be Christmas Break! This past week has been midterms at my school so unfortunately I do not have a lot of pictures or anything to share because I spent the majority of my week studying away!

Because of exams, I've haven't been very active on social this past week but now that it's Christmas Break, I hope to share a lot in the next few weeks (follow me on Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest). As I mentioned before, this post will be sort of boring as I don't have a lot to report on but I promise My Chic Week for the next two weeks will be ALOT more exciting with Christmas and then some traveling!

I don't have a lot to report on from last weekend as I pretty much studied for my first two exams. I did meet a few friends at Panera on Saturday to study for a few hours, which was fun to hang out and chat, while attempting to study! I also babysit on Saturday night for two of my favorite kiddos but other than that, I studied all weekend!

I had exams every day until Thursday but fortunately depending on my schedule, they all ended at noon or even earlier than that. Even though I got out of school earlier than usual, I definitely needed that extra time to study!

I snapped this picture of my dog after getting home one day after exams and it pretty much sums up me during exams: exhausted!

On Thursday, I only had 1 exam early in the morning so I was all finished by 9 AM! I spent the morning running some errands before grabbing lunch with my mom and running a few more errands with her. I also spent some in the afternoon baking cookies to give as gifts, which I cannot complain about!

Obsessed with this memo board I picked up at Home Goods for my room (which you can see the inspiration behind here!)

Now for what's currently on my radar!

1. CHRISTMAS BREAK! So excited for two weeks of no school, sleeping in, Christmas, and traveling!

2. Love this outfit from Carly!

3. Love this "Strip Down Challenge" (where the blogger/vlogger talks unfiltered for 10 minutes) video from Dorothy

4. Caitlin's 21 Thoughts You Have During Finals Week is so accurate!

5. I definitely want to all of the recipes from my Christmas board out over break!
