Soaking in the Last Bit of Summer

Wednesday, September 9, 2015

The first day of school and Labor Day weekend have officially come and gone so to me it seems like summer is officially over. I'm starting to get super excited for fall but since I live in North Carolina, summer-like temperatures tend to linger around for a while! That means it is the perfect opportunity to soak up the last bit of summer before fall (and fall temperatures) kicks in!

Wear all of your favorite Summer Clothes
As much as I'm excited to wear my fall clothes, I am going to be sad when it comes time to put all my bright and colorful summer clothes away. So wear your favorites before it is too cold to do so!

Enjoy your Favorite Iced Coffee Drink
Before you know it will be time to drink Pumpkin Spice Lattes (they were released yesterday at Starbucks, so excited!) and other seasonal coffee drinks! For now, have one (or two or three) of your favorite summer drinks while you can! I personally like iced coffee year round, but if you don't, enjoy your iced coffees while it is still warm outside!

Paint your Nails your favorite Summer Shade
One of my favorite things about nail polish is it is never too cold or hot to wear it! Already cooling down near you, wear your favorite bright summer polish for a little bit of last minute summer!

Enjoy some time at the Pool
I love spending time at the pool in the summer so end the summer on a good note with a little time at the pool!

Have some of your favorite Ice Cream
For me ice cream screams summer, so what better way to enjoy the end of summer than a scoop of your favorite ice cream?

How are you soaking in the last bit of summer? Let me know in the comments!
