My Chic Week: December 29- January 4

Happy Monday y'all! So sorry that this post is going up late (again haha!), I've been enjoying my last few days at home before heading back to Clemson tomorrow but I have lots of fun blog posts coming your way!

We typically visit my grandparents in Florida after Christmas every year so we wound up driving back home Friday!

Saturday was spent getting back into the routine of being at home. I went to barre in the morning and then worked on the blog and organized my room.

I met up with Renee of Gimme Glamour for coffee on Sunday, which was too much fun! We caught up on college and also shared some ideas on blogging, which left both of us feeling super inspired for 2018!

Sunday afternoon, I made some Oreo Balls (so good y'all!) and then also got some work done for the blog!

My plans for NYE were pretty simple as my family and I went to our family friends's house to celebrate the new year!

I spent New Year's Day hanging out with my family and relaxing! My mom made the cutest Clemson brownies for the Sugar Bowl that night and even though Clemson didn't wind up winning, they were still delicious and I'm still proud to be a Tiger!

Tuesday was spent getting back into the swing of things as I nannied in both the morning and afternoon and went to Pure Barre as well.

My Wednesday started off with nannying and then I headed home to get a few things done, including my Christmas thank you notes and a few errands!

I nannied again in the afternoon on Wednesday and the kids I nanny took a trip to Starbucks for cake pops for them and a skinny vanilla latte for me!

After nannying on Wednesday, I met up with my friend Amy of Pastel N Pink for dinner, which was so much fun! I hadn't seen Amy since last summer and she's actually moving later this month so we needed to catch up!

I nannied in the morning on Thursday and then met up with my mom at the mall to do a bit of shopping. I needed to stock up on a few ideas before heading back to Clemson and it was fun to spend some extra time with her as well! After shopping, I picked up the boys I nanny and then we watched a movie as it's been so cold in Charlotte this week!
